Active Counselling Services offers caring and creative counselling for children, teenagers and adults in Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast. Active Counselling Services provides a tranquil, inviting room designed to help you 
feel calm, safe and relaxed. Here you will feel accepted, valued and encouraged. During counselling you will be free to explore your worries, identity, goals, regrets, relationships, behaviour patterns and difficult experiences in a confidential space.
Active Counselling Services provides assistance coping with or overcoming grief and loss, depression, trauma, life changes, fears, body image concerns, low self-esteem, perfectionism, self-harm, anxiety, relationship issues and anger management. Support is offered to children and teenagers who experience Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD. Social and behavioural skills, along with emotional expression are promoted to enhance quality of life.
Active Counselling Services utilises creative and active therapies to enhance the counselling process.
